Venezuelan Food Marathon: A Cultural Feast in Doral, Florida
Join me on an exciting journey through Doral, Florida, the beating heart of the largest Venezuelan community in the U.S.! In our video, “Venezuelan Food Marathon!! Venezuela Capital of America!!,” we indulge in the rich tapestry of Venezuelan cuisine, celebrating the vibrant dishes that hold profound significance for the diaspora.
From savory arepas stuffed with mouthwatering fillings to golden tequeños—cheesy delights that evoke nostalgia—we delve into the authentic flavors that define Venezuelan culinary culture. We also try cachapas, sweet corn pancakes; pabellón criollo, a sumptuous plate of shredded beef, rice, and black beans; and iconic bakery treats like golfeados and sweet buns that bring a taste of home to those far away.
But this food adventure is more than just about the dishes; it’s about the stories they tell. We shed light on the Venezuelan diaspora and the adversities that pushed over 8 million people to seek new beginnings. Through every bite, we explore themes of identity, memory, and resilience—a glorious reminder of home encapsulated in cherished recipes and communal meals.
Doral isn’t just a melting pot of flavors; it’s a vibrant cultural hub, home to numerous family-owned establishments dedicated to preserving traditional practices and bringing a taste of Venezuela to America.

Keep going sir👍
Good food. Not a fan of corn-based dishes, but overall, it's delicious. Doral, FL, is full of some hard-working TPS immigrants who will soon need to go back to taste the real Venezuelan food in their homeland. Good luck!

A question for Venezuelans in America.. I'm an Australian content creator living in Venezuela. I've recently returned and am now vlogging several times a week about what my life is like living here and what I see in my day to day adventures.
I'm more or less just filming what my life is like. However so many Venezuelans living outside Venezuela seem outraged that I am enjoying my life here and showing the things I see. Why are so many of you mad at me for living my life here and sharing my adventures? Obviously I have a better quality of life here than many Venezuelans, but no, I'm not being paid by anyone (I kinda wish I was)😂
I don't share any political opinions and generally stay away from that as I just want everyone to enjoy my videos, but for some reason many Venezuelans are furious at me because I'm not going and filming hospitals and showing all the problems the country has! I just try to focus on the positive wherever I go and that's how I generally am in life.
am I doing something wrong?
Please go check out my videos and tell me what you think!
Cheers,
Phill. 🙂
