Очень красиво!🎉
It's fun. Thank you for the nice ride.
What a beautiful walk! Those cafes were impressive as was the church at the end with the snow machine. I saw real snow just one time when I was stationed in Da Nang – on an unusually cold day (low 60s) at the top of Monkey Mountain there were snowflakes in the air. They didn't survive long enough to hit the ground, but they did filter down out of the sky briefly. Thanks for another great video and Merry Christmas!
It's a communist country because only communists govern; otherwise, it's capitalist.
Pretty!!
The Christmas decorations and lights in Saigon definitely are very nice
have a great weekend and Merry Christmas AK.🇻🇳🎄
Very nice cafe.. thanks
I love Christmas. I love 27 degrees Celsius in December even more. It’s currently -2 Celsius in Toronto.

"ActionKid initially expanded into the Far East in part to grow his subscriber base, and many followers even encouraged him to return to New York. However, in a video, he clarified that the primary motivation for relocating was not subscriptions, but the difficulty he—and many American men—face in forming meaningful romantic relationships in Western cities like New York or Miami. He attributes this challenge to cultural and social factors, including superficiality and a lack of compatibility with Western women. His move to countries like China and Vietnam was therefore aimed at seeking a long-term relationship and the possibility of building a family—opportunities he felt were not attainable in the U.S. The key question now is whether his relocation has actually improved his romantic prospects. To validate his claim, he needs to show evidence that he is meeting quality women, forming meaningful connections, and finding the type of compatibility that he could not find in America."
The Christian neighbourhoods decorations are mazes, lights are hung every direction you don't know which way to go. Most churches in VN decorate very late but 1 week before Christmas everything should be up and ready, Hanh Thong Tay church it's a rare byzantine church with mosaics imported from Italy, and Christmas decorations are big. Hanh Thong Tay market is a big night market, morning it's very quiet.
Christmas in Vietnam is very genuine in the sense Christians actually go to churches, 4-6 Sunday masses for each church, Christmas they throw in midnight mass, attendants are full, some attended churches from across the streets. Non Christians don't get the holiday off but they still dressed up and flood the streets for Christmas. I love the bike ride at night like this, thank you!
I learn so much AK and polite how everyone is❤❤
thanks show me around from there 🙂
definitely over the top Kenneth the atmosphere is amazing. Brings back memories of when I was a child and how special Christmas was. Thank you for that memory. Great job.
For the spirit of the season, I translated the classic Vietnamese Christmas song played in the beginning of the video in the first Cafe, the song is "Bài Thánh Ca Buồn" = Sad Christmas Carol (Silent Night)
Bài thánh ca đó còn nhớ không em?
Noel năm nào chúng mình có nhau.
Long lanh sao trời đẹp thêm môi mắt.
Áo trắng em bay như cánh thiên thần.
Ngọt môi hôn dưới tháp chuông ngân.
That Christmas carol darling do you still remember?
Some past Christmas we're together
Sparkling stars from the sky made eyes and lips more beautiful
Your white dress flown like angel wings
Sweet lips kissing under the ringing bell tower
Together kneeling beneath almighty glorious God
Praying for us together always
Echoing in the cold night the hymn of God
Quietly sing along the lyrics: Silent Night
Oh! Your voice is so ever sad
Rồi mùa giá buốt cũng qua mau.
Lời hẹn đầu ai nhớ dài lâu?
Rồi một chiều áo trắng thay màu.
Em qua cầu xác pháo bay sau.
Then the cold season passes by very fast
The first promise who's still remember for long?
Then one afternoon your white dress changing colour
You crossed the bridge with fire cracker papers flew behind
(Crosses the bridge = married; and fire cracker burnt for wedding)
Lời nguyện mình Chúa có nghe không?
Sao bây giờ mình hoài xa vắng?
Bao nhiêu đêm Chúa xuống dương gian.
Bấy nhiêu lần anh nhớ người yêu.
Our prayer did God listen?
Why now we're so far apart
How many nights God descends to earth
That many nights I'm missing my love
Rồi những đêm thánh đường đón Noel.
Lang thang qua miền giáo đường dấu yêu.
Tiếng thánh ca ngày xưa vang đêm tối.
Nhớ quá đi thôi giọng hát ai buồn!
Đêm thánh vô cùng lạnh giá hồn tôi.
Then many midnight Christmas masses
Pacing and wandering by the dear church
The caroling voice of the past echoing in the night
Missing so much the sound of someone's sad voice
Silent Night left my soul freezing cold.
That's how we celebrated Christmas in Saigon during 60s and 70s. Just no led lights, but all Neon lights. We decorated one of the very nice Bethlehem in Vietnam during those years.
Thank you so much, Action Kid Kenneth, for walking so many miles, filming, & sharing such WONDERFUL BEAUTIFUL UNIQUE decorations throughout the streets of Vietnam❤❤❤
