In VisionQuest (2026), the Marvel universe reimagines the journey of Vision, portrayed by Paul Bettany, as he navigates a world where he is both a target and a seeker of identity. After cleverly escaping those who wish to exploit his powers, Vision finds himself in hiding, grappling with his new reality. With the aid of AI personas integrated within his system, including the enigmatic Ultron (voiced by James Spader), he embarks on a quest to reclaim his purpose.
His peaceful existence is shattered when a bounty is placed on his head, forcing him to flee alongside Thomas Shepard, a mysterious young boy with unexplainable ties to Vision’s past. As they evade powerful adversaries, the duo uncovers secrets that could alter the fate of humanity.
Directed by an exceptional team including Vincenzo Natali and Terry Matalas, VisionQuest promises thrilling action, emotional depth, and a profound exploration of identity. Tune in to Disney+ on October 14, 2026, for a groundbreaking new series that challenges what it means to be human and the essence of existence.
