Winter weather is officially on the way for parts of Quebec and Ontario, with freezing rain and snow expected to arrive at the beginning of the week. Environment Canada has issued a freezing rain warning for Montreal and surrounding areas in the southern half of Quebec, as well as various winter weather warnings and advisories for parts of Ontario from Ottawa to Sudbury.
Global’s Chief Meteorologist Anthony Farnell has provided more details on the upcoming weather conditions. This forecast serves as a reminder to residents in these regions to take necessary precautions and prepare for potentially hazardous road conditions.
