11:43 I think that it is not that the aluminum ion moves faster through the electrolyte than the lithium (note that aluminum is much bigger atom than lithium at 13 vs 3), but that on discharge, each Al+3 that moves toward the cathode means that 3 electrons are released to drive the circuit. The reverse direction is also true for charging.
What is considered low temperature range? I live in Denver, Colorado. It gets 20* below zero at times. Will AI batteries charge in cold weather?

In the video at 13:26, it shows the anode as the negative electrode and the cathode as the positive electrode. This is incorrect, the anode is positive and the cathode is negative.
