Paris ❤❤❤ I love furniture and wooden doors 🚪 Thanks for sharing, Enes 😊
Wow. This was AMAZING!! so beautiful , luv the village aspect aswell , Stunning. ❤❤❤wess in manitoba Canada
I am sad to see that modern architects completely ignore the dust factor… 😄
nihayet seslendirmişsiniz.ingilizce telaffuz unuz pek iyi değildi dinlemek işkenceydi.
these floorstanding speakers are fake. the owner doesnt have $$$ to buy real ones?
At first I wondered why is Enes in Blackpool ? But I realised he’s actually in a more unpleasant place . 😢
In apartments like these what do they do about the noise from their pianos. Is sound proofing involved, or do they play without any concern for their neighbors?
Just wondering.
So glad you're covering the EU.

Boulogne park is a place full of danger lol not a very good location not at all
I might be wrong but I think this flat has been for sale for years now. It is more targeted at middle east buyers than traditional, old money locals or westerners. Pity, because the building is impressive by itself, among the finest ever built in France at a time when the country was at its pinnacle. You can imagine the Voisin, Delahaye cars running through this garage and the industry tycoons owning these flats which were ultra-modern when new. Fallen times
Great visit Enes, appartment is amazing…its only problem is that it's located in PARIS….which thanks to the watermelon politicians has become a cesspool…why do we call them watermelon ? because outside they're green ( with their eco agenda ..which will prevent you to use your car inside Paris, except if you love your bicycle ), and inside they're red…harsh socialism for decades which explains their incompetence to solve the social problems there..the " promising youth" ( beloved by Macron and the red judges ) can steal, kill, rape and they won't be punished for that…or hardly…you have seen this during the riots, during the gilets jaunes crisis and many many other events where french police is incompetent and unable to cope with the pressure of the socialists ..I wouldn't accept this place even if it was free…avoid Paris at all costs..invest your money elsewhere except if you enjoy being slapped in the face and feeling scared on a daily basis.
❤❤❤❤
12M euros for no kitchen is a joke – the developers avoiding it should be a major red flag for any buyer and they should want to see what was actually renovated or was it just cosmetic
Nowdays designers don't have residences on a higher level.
This has got to be the worst house I have seen on ENES by far, this house has no soul; it looks sad and lonely. the most depressing house ever on this channel…as a matter of fact, the most depressing house I have ever seen on YouTube, the second most depressing house was Michael Jordan's demonic house
Beyond stunning. Thank you for this Amazing tour. Yes to more apartments.
Love from Canada
U la la ❤

How about 1939 – 1945?
Staff quarters out here looking like a prison 😂😂

WoW audio is now avaible in french ! Thanks a lot (even if I prefer the european accent, than our cousin Quebec). Welcome to Paris and have a good stay in France. I hope to see more videos from my country and Europe soon.
When I saw that this was a 2nd floor apartment, I almost bailed. But what a great video, what an amazing place. Please do more apartments in general – though ideally not on the second floor. The design details and finishing are amazing, and the history of the place fascinating. Pierre Balmain was an absolute legend. Kudos for holding back that detail for so long.
As for the people complaining about the kitchen, I guess they've never been to Paris. Kitchens are often absolutely tiny. I have friends in the glamorous 7th district with kitchens smaller than you'd find in a one-bed flat in London. In one case there was no room for more than a fridge and a kettle (the owner ate out a lot). The restaurant Chez L'Ami Louis in Paris produces sensational food for many tables from a kitchen about a third the size of the one in this apartment.

"It's unlikely that someone purchasing such a pricey property would be watching YouTube."
Nice home. Not my favorite, but I’d still live there!
Staff quarters you mean slaves quarters, almost all paris buildings have those "staff" quarters
I wont spend money on that old bs
Didn’t know that’s how to pronounce Balmain. Used to definitely say it wrong. 🙈
Great video! I would love to see more European estates ❤
Wait till you see the village that's located in the center of the apartment complex. I've never seen an architectural element like this! Also our second scent, Bergamot Rose, is now launched, so visit us at https://nuarehome.com/products/bergamot-rose-small
