I love this new journey for you.
Well since I’ve never had mushy peas in my life I’d have to have them, because here in the US where would you ever get them? Oh,and I have to say that shirt Jason had on during the crossing was really sharp, loved the colors. Great to see you guys excited again about being back out on the water, I’m so happy for you both! P.S.- math is the worst, I hate it.
Jocks rule bro!
Mushy peas for us. No question.
The Wynns have their MOJO back.
Beautiful boat, stoked for you guys.
Mushy peas, why? they don't fall off the fork…..🤣🤣🤣
Eating fish and chips reminds me of when you caught that like 4 foot fish 🐟 on OG Curiosity.
Thank you for this informative and enjoyable video. I would choose the mushy peas, thank you.
Not sure how clear the water is there but it sure was aqua marine in color.
When entering the port, I would have suggested that Nikki be out on deck in one of her best, striking bikinis turning heads and getting attention as Undra would stand out from the rest.
Glad you three are out back on the water and on the adventure trail. That is where you are at your best. 👍
Welcome to England enjoy your stay. Mushy peas and mint sauce!!!
Mushy reminds me of baby food so regular. Awesome to see new adventures and New Ship
@gonewiththewynns Are you planning to go from here in the UK to the more northern countries? Do you have any plans as to what your route might be? The Caledonian Canal would put you in Inverness and would give you a great jump off point. On the way, the South West and West of Britain coasts would give you some fantastic scenery and history on the way ( Cornwall, Devon, Bristol channel – second highest tidal range in the world, Wales, Isle of Man, Ireland, West of Scotland) if you decide to navigate around Britain in a clockwise direction.
Not sure where your next destination is, but if you come out of Dover and go along the bottom of the English coast calling in to places like the Isle of White ,Dartmouth, Foy and then on to Cornwall you will then have opportunity to make a short crossing today fabulous Scilly Isles where you have to go and tie up on a bayou on Tresco Island. Fabulous tropical gardens, and a lot of footage opportunities.
Love mushy peas ❤️
Get rid of simrad go furuno timezero
I live in the UK and always mushy peas. Love your videos.
Welcome to our beautiful country! I really enjoyed the episode. I do have one small correction though as the Adnams beer you were drinking (brewed in Southwold, Suffolk) is pronounced more like "Adnms", with the second 'a' barely sounded.
Southwold is a lovely little town with a charming harbour and is well worth a visit if you're heading up the east coast. I spent many of my summer holidays there in the '80s, so it always brings back great memories.
Plain not mushy.
Loved the episode.
Top video I live in Maidstone Kent
Cask ale as opposed to keg
Get rid of that horrible looking device mount at your gorgeous helm station. Check out Quad Lock for a tidier solution with or without wireless charging (I have their 12v waterproof wireless charging mount on my bike). Once your device has the socket (via a QL case or their Universal Adaptor) it will fit on any of their mounts, MagSafe or locking. FYI, if you do look, the mounts with a tab will mechanically lock your device to the mount. Detaching from a locking mount is a simple push of the tab. Just think it would be handy for having expensive devices on say bicycles or tenders where you need them handy, but secure. I had their Universal (stick on) Adaptor on an iPad that was being warranty replaced and they asked me if I wanted the mount back. They couldn't get it off and were happy to destroy the iPad trying. Australian company started by a couple of guys looking for a secure device mount as they explored the world. Lots of resellers but they have regional websites themselves. Loving this new chapter and excited for the future for you 🙂
I had B&G [Essentially the fancy simrad] after i had Furuno on my old boat. it took me 200nm sailed to decide to rip the B&G system from the new boat and replace it with Furuno. AND IT TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Mushy
Mushy peas or plain peas? Peas are a side, so the answer depends on the entree. Fish&Chips? Mushy peas.
I already sense buyers remorse.
I was exploring the marina earlier week and spotted UNDRA! So glad that y’all are finally back to doing what you do best – boat projects, telling stories and exploring the world!
Mushy peas and a roast beef, and dont forget the horse radish side
As unpleasant as the mushy peas look, I’d go for them over regular peas. They taste good and they’re easier to pick up with a fork.
Ok so beers first; I’m not sure on the names for the specific pumps but one comes in a keg, the other (the one you’re referring to as a beer engine) comes in a cask (there are other names as well depending on the size of the vessel).
To the peas debate, I’m biased as although I live in northern Alberta now, I was born and raised in Cornwall so ALWAYS mushy peas!!!
Paper charts are still useful?
Mushy every time with vinegar
Mushy every time. Saves chasing the peas around the plate!
Cycling Castle Hill out of Dover is a tough one. I have done it a few times with paniers on my way back from touring in France. Welcome to Kent! The Garden of England.
Plain
English living in Australia – never, ever heard of 'engine' in either country.
So lucky to have seen the white cliffs. We have cruised out of Southampton several times but they go the wrong way around the isle of White on the way out and come back in when it's dark. So disappointing.
Adnams isn't local! Sheherd Neame would be a bit more local. If you want open world war two tunnels go to Dover Castle
Gotta be plain peas. Grew up on canned pras which have no texture peas need to be kinda fim now!
I've had plenty of fish and chips in the UK. Oddly, the best was at the Dallas airport. 😅
Mushy!
There are several really good geology YouTube channels. Geo girl is a great start Shawn Wisley gives his classes in layman’s terms.
Math is simple, after taking all the maths you just need to know SOA CAH TOA to do trig and you likely do it without knowing in navigation.
Okay, the polls are open: mushy peas or plain peas? There is no "no peas" option, those are the rules. ⚓
