If Tesla really reaches mass production in 2027, the Semi could become a much more serious competitor. What do you think will be the biggest bottleneck?
50,000 trucks per year sounds huge. Does Tesla already have enough fleet demand to support that production level?
I like the idea of the camera-based mirrors, but I’m not sure every truck driver will prefer them over traditional mirrors. Would you?
The 4680 battery integration is interesting. I wonder how much of an advantage it actually gives the Semi compared with other electric trucks.
The 50,000-truck target sounds ambitious. I’m curious how quickly Tesla can actually scale to that level.
The European launch is probably the part I’m most interested in. Different regulations and road conditions could make the rollout quite complicated.
I’m still not convinced Tesla can make electric semis practical for long-haul trucking everywhere. Charging infrastructure seems like the bigger challenge.
The factory looks much more advanced than I expected. But production capacity on paper and real-world output can be very different.
Tesla has made some big production claims before, so I’ll believe the 2027 numbers when we see sustained real-world output. What’s your prediction for actual production?
The Megacharger network might actually be more important than the truck itself. A great electric truck is useless for fleets if charging isn’t available where they need it.

Это Будущее наступает но если доработать его то он может ездить без подзарядки !
Но а по поводу спес,х то что космические ступени возвращаются обратно это вообще на уровне фантастики Сергей Королев гордился бы вашими успехами Мир вам друзья
has anyone seen one on the road?
Those that doubt Elon Musk or mock him are short sighted and foolish.
My hat says
MEGA
Make Elon go away
Considering how truckers hate the Tesla semi these things will just sit in a parking lot somewhere
