What a great idea!
I had low expectations but wow this is a great concept – a little mix of some other competition cooking shows. This was a great watch – keep em coming!!
Seemed pretty cool, great concept.. but then it gets all lame with personal history, kids photos etc etc…
So this is celebrities pretending to work for a living?
Really been wishing for more restaurant service shows like this on FN. it’s cool watching chefs work individually to bring their ideas to life on the countless individual competitions, but another vital part of being a chef is the teamwork of working with your other chefs
Kinda crazy how the price is only 25k split between 4 chefs. That’s 6k per, way less than the standard 10k from other shows. Even the prize money doesn’t scale with inflation lol
beat bobby flay on roids? lets watch n see….
ps. former chi city chef here
Such a good show! Bravo to Bobby Flay. The BTS of the kitchen, showing the ups and downs is fantastic!
I love Bobby Flay’s shows almost as much he loves tacos
Bobbie and Marcus in the same show love it. We go from Brooke to Antonia taking charge. The other two on Bobbie's team have been on 24/24 and Top Chef, love seeing different folks competing.
Literally not how line cooking or Restaurants work 😂 nice try tho. I gave it 51 seconds
Suge Knight traded in the label for a line cook apron at Hav & Mar. 😝
I loved watching this, it's so excited, it had me on my toes. Need more shows like this one.All the chefs are very talented.
Food Network crosses the Line🔥
How many Bobby Flay shows does the world actually need? Surely there's other talent to promote??
Amazing show!!!
Bobby creates the best shows!💪🏽
Something different. Nice job Bobby.
Brings back my line days. Was fun to watch
Claudette has one of the most obnoxious attitudes in tv chef history. Hearing her like this is so fake and washed.
why are cooks wearing ear peices….
how can I choose. I like both chefs
Cool concept and great home team; I don’t understand the total scoring though. They had a running average, that made sense & seemed fair. Just because the winner got more stars what was the average rating of all the dish reviews of 1-5 stars?
Love this show
No drama just food… and broken POS 🤣
The Live Rating system is a good idea!
Love the concept, music is utterly obnoxious. Had to turn it off.
This will be great IF the final score isn’t gonna be dependent on the “vip” every single time
Definitely a new vibe when it comes to editing and overall composition. Really disappointed in the lack of testing behind the POS system. It needlessly affected everyone, and speaks to rushed show production. Also, having Bobby’s partner as the restaurant owner/manager does not speak to objectivity, and then having rules seemingly added along the way (VIP, scoreboard cutout). Should have been a third-party restaurant and the rules put out at the beginning, clearly. Tons of potential, marred by mis-steps that undermine a great premise. Need to see another episode with fixes before I invest in FoodNetwork to watch the series. This is the first FoodNetwork show I have watched in a long time, mostly because it all felt formulaic. This was a nice change-up, but it needs to fix the issues.
Experienced chefs not temping their chicken??? Tf
❤❤❤❤😂😂❤❤😂😂❤❤❤😂
What a hideous bunch of fabric choices pretty much all around.
Bobby is the man, I love this show…I love ALL his shows lol.
Aaaannndd. The black chef has to comment o n racism
Im out❤
Hav and mar to the world🎉❤
The Black Chef……Good Bye
The POS printer failing is a big mistake on the producers part. That really slowed them down and should maybe have paused the competition.
🙄🙄🙄 19:42
Will get boring rapidly. Don't see this lasting more than 4 seasons
i was an extra on this show im waiting for my episode lol
Printer malfunction is inexcusable. Get the head runners in each team from the waiters sides and write down the orders
I'm personally not about competitive cooking, it has its ability to actually cause the end result to be under more than above, especially when it's on the fly. From open to close attention to the perfect customer experience and by it being competitive it seems less than customer experience and becomes more service oriented which clashes like a wave hitting a wall and less customer experience gets lost in the execution and as stated, seems rushed. Which factors the ratings of the end product because of it being competitive over the casual full laid back experience.
Over all the chefs rocked and did a great job on everything.
Marcus won. The VIP system needs a lot of work. It can’t be 10-0 when the prize is 25k or nothing. It should be 6-4 or 10-8 if it needs to be 10 stars. Otherwise I enjoyed the show and it has great promise.
