In a shocking turn of events on the latest episode of ‘Big Brother,’ fan-favorite Matt Hardeman was evicted from the house in a heated confrontation with fellow houseguest Angela Murry. In an exclusive interview with season 24 winner Taylor Hale, Matt opens up about the feud that ultimately led to his eviction.
The Georgia native doesn’t hold back when discussing his regret about the way his conflict with Angela played out. “I definitely let my emotions get the best of me in that moment,” Matt shares. “I wish I had handled things differently, but hindsight is always 20/20 in the Big Brother house.”
One of the most surprising revelations from the interview is Matt’s reaction to his friend Kenney Kelley being a police officer. “I had no idea about Kenney’s occupation before coming into the house,” Matt admits. “It just goes to show you never really know someone until you’re living with them 24/7.”
But perhaps the most intriguing part of the interview is when Matt addresses the rumors of a possible romance with fellow houseguest Makensy Manbeck after the show. “Makensy and I definitely formed a close bond during our time in the house,” Matt teases. “Who knows what the future holds for us outside of ‘Big Brother.'”
