When police in a quiet D.C. neighborhood begin investigating the disappearance of a 22-year-old woman, they uncover a disturbing case that stretches across the country. The suspect is a master of disguises, and soon federal agents join the search. Investigators learn that many women in the Northwest have already fallen for his manipulative charm.
