PG here, looks wonderful. I've never added onions to pumpkin. I liked the toppings at the end. It looked like sour cream and a specially prepared tomato sauce. In the USA, we'd call it pizza sauce. I did not know anything about this dish, so I looked it up: Manti Steamed Dumplings. A staple across Central Asia and Russia (Kazakstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan…)
