Social media videos and photos showed the plane overturned on the airport grounds, prompting a swift response from authorities. Ornge dispatched multiple ambulances to the scene to tend to the injured passengers. The good news is that despite the chaos and destruction, there were no fatalities reported in the aftermath of the crash.
