In his TEDxTaipei talk, “Discovering the Body’s Natural Intelligence,” Ching-Chung Wu explores the profound connection between our physical form and our innate wisdom. Wu emphasizes that our bodies are not merely vessels, but intricate systems that harbor intelligence shaped by centuries of evolution. He discusses how modern society often overlooks this internal wisdom, leading to disconnection and inefficiency in our everyday lives.
Drawing on insights from body engineering, Wu highlights methods to tap into this natural intelligence, encouraging mindfulness and awareness of our bodily sensations. By understanding and listening to our bodies, we can enhance our problem-solving abilities and improve overall well-being. His enlightening perspectives aim to inspire viewers to embrace a holistic approach to health and personal growth, nurturing the synergy between mind and body. This talk serves as a reminder of the critical lessons we can learn from our own physical experiences, urging us to reconnect with the wisdom inherent within us.

Engineer-turned-health researcher Ching-Chung Wu began studying his body only after his own health faltered. Using an engineer’s logic, he approached the human body as a self-regulating system—and uncovered a surprising idea: what we call “symptoms” may sometimes be signs of repair.
This question led him into traditional medicine and scientific measurement, where he identified patterns and data that reveal how the body’s Natural Intelligence (NI) actually works.
