Calgary resident Bryce Drohan, who was scheduled to fly home from Tulum, shared his frustrating experience. The flight was repeatedly delayed due to a hydraulic issue on the plane, until it was ultimately cancelled after a 14-hour wait. The lack of transparency and communication from the airline only added to the passengers’ frustrations.
