Easy and Delicious Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 160 g sugar (60 g + 100 g)
- 30 g corn starch
- 250 ml milk
- 60 g sour cream
- 60 g butter (melted)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 170 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Muffin Batter (0:00)
- In a bowl, mix 1 egg, 60 g of sugar, corn starch, milk, sour cream, melted butter, and lemon zest until well combined.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients (1:40)
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining 100 g of sugar.
3. Combine Ingredients (6:08)
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until you achieve a smooth batter. Finally, incorporate the remaining 3 eggs and lemon juice into the mixture.
4. Assemble Muffins (8:16)
- Pour the batter into a muffin tin, filling each mold about 2/3 full to allow for rising.
5. Bake (8:34)
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for around 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
