Great. Lets everyone go there. Its a party
One handed, with camera, reading google maps, opposite side of road, with traffic, narrating, riding a scooter…a skill set of which I cannot even conceive…..
Gabe Traveler, were you sanctified?!
2nd
Gabriel, if captions are not available, I can’t watch the episode. My hearing has deteriorated over the years. I don’t know if there is anything I need to do on my end.
Love to follow your adventures and travails.
Currently in Cappadocia. I can see why you like it so much!
Really appreciate the authenticity and honesty in these videos. 🙏🌴
you should visit Java, we done a 3 day tour visited 2 Volcanos Bromo and Ijen, where we went in the crater and seen tue famous blue flames, an incredible and surreal experience, Indonesia is very interesting. You can get a ferry to mainland Java from Bali, and do a tour from there all the way to Malang and then from there you can get a train to Yogyakarta to visit the incredible temples.
That waterfall temple was pretty cool
No camera, but the mobile fone camera is ok 🤣🤣
Bali T-shirt
Bambu Indah looks absolutely amazing… actually the whole area does!!! 💖💖💖 My ex-husband , also Gabriel, was born in Willits… small world! ✌💙😎
Absolutely exquisite, thank you so much for sharing all this beautiful knowledge and awareness of incredible Bali ❤❤❤
The Hindu sign is back to front from the swastik sign so you can always tell them apart 🙏 Been going to India for about 20 years a few times each year now, once you see the difference you never see it as anything but a Hindu religious sign. Off again Monday to india 🙏
👍
Hey Gabe just FYI the swastika like symbol can also be found in Ancient Greek and Roman ruins. Not sure if you stumbled upon one before. I encountered one in the ancient city of Messene in a Greece. Cheers!
Gabe stoked that my tip made it into the video! However you missed the best part of heading down into the valley for the swimming area, there’s a bamboo elevator next to the bar which takes you down. to the valley floor. Pro tip you can buy a day pass which gives you access to the facilities and gives you minimum spend on food. You could almost make an entire video exploring the valley/chilling there for the day, it’s truly magical once you head down. The part you visited is only a small fraction of the experience!
Those attractions in Ubud charging western tourist prices. So much for cheap Bali.
The purification experience ✨️🙏😍
Loved your motorbike adventure. Gorgeous grounds around Bambu Inda. Wow, how beautiful was that waterfall and the experience of the purification ceremony. I did a similar thing at Tirta Empul Temple at Tampaksiring but it was a pool with urn like fountains, not a waterfall. If you get a chance while you have the bike, Kintamani and Lake Batur is worth a visit. There are also hot springs on the lake. Loving your Bali trip. ❤😊
The autofocus on your phone is actually much better than the camera, fyi, but yeah, not as stable
Idk though, you could probably find a hand held stabilizer for the iPhone too, it might actually be a better cinematic experience… food for thought?
What’s eastern Bali like? …like way eastern ?
Beautiful!
Nice
Bali is wonderful, thanks Gabriel
Love the music that you put. Taking it slow as well.
you need to get a chest mount for your bike adventures, they are cheap and a great safety feature 😁
Bali looks stunning! ❤❤❤
The volume of statuary and carved stone seems impossible!
BEWARE Baliś venomous snakes like the Cobra or Krait! Many years ago, a neighborś cousin got bitten by a Cobra and died within a few hours!
Was in Bali many years ago with friend. Rented a Suzuki 'jeep' for 10 days and traveled all over. Stayed in 3 different places, all locally owned and operated. Was—is!–the most beautiful place I have ever been and the place, above all others, I would like to return to.
I dont like all the gargoyles but the waterfalls & nature is pretty. I was expecting to see the flintstones rolling by lol. Shame too many tourists.
Cheap
This is so much more interesting than wandering on some Greek island.
undoubtedly balis hindu heritage is what makes it stand apart. surreal, tropical, spiritual, friendly, affordable…hope the continous tourism doesnt negatively impact the future.
How can darkness be of any purification purpose??? Every symbol looks demonic😳
Bali looks amazing!
Definitely much cheaper than in Greece… 9 dollars to rent a bike per day is insane!!!! Safe Travels big fella…
