1/2 cup flour
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp Olive oil
6 sprigs of fresh thyme or 1 dried teaspoon
1 small shallot
2-3 garlic cloves
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup chicken broth or water
2 tbsp butter
