Real democracy back in Sri Lanka. Proud moment for all Sri Lankan today.
Love sri lanka❤🎉
Greetings from India. At last the people have shown some intelligence.
Please don't get close to our government. It's a hateful, right wing poison that doesn't care about the people.
As a Sri Lankan I want foreign people to know that Sri Lanka's landslide majority winning NPP party is "left leaning" ONLY in economical manner. They are highly conservative/right leaning in social issues. So that party has no woke nonsense that Western left leaning parties has. No party in Sri Lanka can try woke nonsense because Sri Lankan society is highly conservative and strongly values human and family values.
We have a grate president.. we love much him.. and we protect him.. we will build up our country to next level. 🔥❤️ love my country

The NPP is not a coalition; it is the rebranded name of the JVP, a former Marxist party that has evolved into a center-left party. Ironically, it seems we now have to teach English to native English speakers! The NPP made history as the only single party to win an absolute majority in Sri Lanka's parliamentary history.
From Oxford Dictionary:
co·a·li·tion
/ˌkōəˈliSH(ə)n/
noun
noun: coalition; plural noun: coalitions
an alliance for combined action, especially a temporary alliance of political parties forming a government or of states.
"the party was only able to govern in coalition with three or even four other parties"
And Why's this in our news ?
AKD to run for 2 consecutive terms ..
Wow! Left wing government. That always works out well.
