His expertise spans strategy development and execution, retail banking, fintech, digital banking, innovation, and broader bank and non-bank financial services.
Prior to joining Wema Bank, Femi worked at [First Bank of Nigeria], where he managed customer segment strategy development and execution. His professional background also includes experience in management strategy, business analysis, project management, implementation, and legal services.
Femi holds a master’s degree in International and European Law from University of Amsterdam and is an alumnus of Hult International Business School, Lagos Business School, and Obafemi Awolowo University.
