And the market value of office properties and penthouses exceeds 3 billion.
King of overhyping
A visionary and beautifully futuristic unlike the bullshit, mundane, ugly-looking upcoming 1 Undershaft skyscraper we have in London. Dubai and Shenzen are at the forefront of futuristic skyscrapers
fantastic
This was like watching a documentary, amazing effort to all involved! 🎉 Cok begendim! Good on you Enes. You have a calming and welcoming nature as well as a great delivery!
With Global Climate Change And Global Warming Dubai is the Worst city.
Bonjour
Vidéo hyper intéressante
C’est beaucoup mieux de s’intéresser au défi architectural, d’interviewer les créateurs. Franchement j’ai adoré. Passionnant.
Respect…….that's all I can say!

Interior looks like a luxury cruise ship
Absolutely stunning!!

Thank you for this exceptional tour.
No one does it better than Enes… I am waiting for the penthouse video…. pls don't keep us waiting too long. …….
All his videos be on point!! Alone with his elegant dressing style ❤❤
I need some investors who would build such in my country Kenya 🇰🇪
It’s empty, like everything else in Dubai. Dubai will never be a world class destination, the only people that visit are the Brits and that’s only because of the ease of travel. Architecturally Dubai is amazing but that’s it. The Energy is off. As usual Enes can sell ish to cow farmer. Beautifully presented but even the best salesman on YouTube will not be able to save Dubai tourist desert.
Opus PH is pretty much best I have seen. Only thing I would have liked to have is 1-2br more.
The problem we have is because Most people always taught that" you only need a good job to become rich". These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
Salute to Zaha Hadid who came out this brilliant idea of this amazing project! And of course those hard workers who made it possible.
Don’t go out like Eric conover 😂😂😂
love this. bored with ridiculous billionaire houses.. more great architecture please.
The main ingredient is money. You can do curved glass and balconies and split levels but it's not cheaper 🙂 I did some visualization for an Oslo subway system that was part Zaha Hadid. Their designs make for good imagery even though the engineers try to water down the designs. I just illustrated it as intended, then they have to explain to the public why it looks worse in real life 🙂
I love this video. I don’t see much coverage for the Opus and this I think is the most comprehensive one. I like that it also emphasizes on the journey rather than simply focusing on the units.
Not mentioning the other architect firms?? Disliked
Epic structure. Nuff said.
Чудове відео. Дякую.
This is only 700 million. That is unimaginable. There are appartments that worth 250 million in ny city .
PLZ make a video of vip room on top i want to see
Zaha Hadid look like a ordinary indian bazaar worker) lol
