In Walkerton, Ontario, an outbreak occurs after the town’s water supply is contaminated with E. coli bacteria. Dozens of patients suffering from fever and gastrointestinal issues flood the hospital. Despite efforts to contain the crisis, 4 adults and a baby tragically lose their lives.
