Country singer Ingrid Andress is opening up about her journey of redemption after a drunken National Anthem performance last year led her into rehab. In an exclusive interview with ET’s Cassie DiLaura, Andress reveals that the experience was a wakeup call for her, causing her to take a hard look at what she had been ignoring in her personal life.
Andress describes the moment as an eye-opening experience, stating that it made her realize the importance of taking care of herself and her well-being. She shares that she now feels “healthier” after going through rehab and is grateful for the opportunity to work on herself and rediscover her passion for music.
The singer discusses how she has been able to redeem herself through her new music, including a song titled ‘Footprints,’ which is currently available. Andress expresses her excitement for her upcoming performance at the Grand Ole Opry on March 8, where she hopes to continue to share her journey with her fans through her music.
Through her honesty and vulnerability, Ingrid Andress is proving that redemption is possible, and she is using her platform to inspire others to take care of themselves and prioritize their well-being. Her story serves as a reminder that it is never too late to make positive changes in one’s life and that self-care should always be a top priority.

She sounded horrible for the hockey game also! She sounds like a below basic karaoke singer if that! Nothing special
I hope she gets help for her addiction. Also, tighten up the waa-waa on the vibrato – just a little too wavy. Otherwise she’s got a chance.
Drunk as ever. Just better at hiding it. Wow, 1 month of not drinking, that's comical.
I think she needs to go back.
Well you guys in this comments man you ever messed up and people just comment consistently all over social media about how bad you're a fuk up?? She's trying to fix it incorrect it because you clearly was drunk and she was going through her manager leaving her and her boyfriend broke up with her everything was crashing down so she was consistently drinking to numb which is what 99% of people do. And there's a lot of people I'm sure commenting on here who are drunks and wanted me to it. And by the way guys rehab is usually 30 days if you can afford longer or they think you need longer they will do that but rehab is usually 30 days. Some people also believe that if you sit in rehab for 6 months you're going to get so used to being in rehab that when you get out you're actually going to more likely to relapse because you should have been out been aware been able to correct your stuff as you're going through life but if you change your habits for half a year being in rehab or your cuddles the whole time and you talk about feelings that's not like that in the real world so it's setting somebody up to fail. they're more likely to have a panic attacks anxiety attacks everything in the world that they can flip out on and it doesn't mean she was an alcoholic by any means but she noticed that when those bad things happened in her life which was that same time. She drank more so it doesn't mean she was necessarily an alcoholic but she wanted to stop it before it did become that bad. But everybody on here judging her and being mean and rude and messed up I bet if we dabble into all of your lives we could do the same thing to you for something else like overeating or not eating at all or doing whatever so stop judging people on their shortcomings because that is showing how bad of a person you are. See I think it's admirable but that she saw what she did and she wanted to change it because for me it's about the anthem what the anthem means and it's disrespectful to give anything but less and to show up drunk. But for her to want to change for the better very quickly most people would have lived and stayed in denial for years and years until they got so bad that they lost the liver.
Folks, you can’t shame the shameless! Also bear in mind that not a single thing is going to affect her career because she is in effect playing to her type….. drunk red-billys
You can’t redeem that 😂😂😂
Good job Ingrid you’ve done the right thing
