I'm scared of forest ☹️😕😟 otherwise i would have buy it
I quite like it, but it doesn't look like a 26 million dollar home. Where is the walking closet in the primary bedroom?
Where's Mikey
my gosh.. what a gorgeous gorgeousss property. i am in love with that driveway and outdoor area. So peaceful and elegant. being me I would probably get kind of anxious about the surrounding foresty area.. you just never know whos out there. but if i were a celebrity i would be snatching this property up IMMEDIATELY hahaha

What A Wonderful Home 👍.
What a unique and exquisite home, and so serene and natural. I love it, and I further recommend that in future you devote two episodes to some of these properties in order to go into some detail about the gardens because there are so many special species in this garden – I think I saw some Cycids and Cycads too, and some of the grasses are special too. This is an absolute oasis of note, and I agree that you can enjoy barefoot walking across the inside and outside of the home. It looks like Africa in the USA for me ❤
I wonder how much it would cost to insure that house in that area!?
I like much of what they did with the home. The one thing that seems to be less than ideal to me is the lighting. The overall design is fine. I just want brighter lighting. It's something that I noticed from the moment Enes entered the home with the lack of obvious windows. As the hallway just felt darker than it should. Something that carried over into the rest of the home. Replace all the lights in the home with something brighter and it would truly pop. Especially if you had variable lighting so you could match the desired mood.
Finally a TV that’s not 5 meters above the ground!!
Architecturally stunning and homely, truly one of a kind. That said, some areas could be improved: hallways and stairs feel tight; the grand space could better serve as a formal + dining + bar area, freeing the current dining room to be a cozy TV space. The lap pool needs a deck to be more family-friendly, and the poolhouse would work better as a gym. The "entertainment room" should really be a home theatre. The guest suite layout is odd, bathroom opens to the hall? There are nice compression/release moments, but some areas feel too claustrophobic and disjointed. Lastly, the double-height ceiling in the primary suite undermines intimacy, not ideal for a bedroom. And for 20+ million US, the lack of a chef's kitchen, wine cellar and spa stick out like a soar thumb. Also, the primary bath is small, doesnt seem to have space for his and hers closet, and only one water closet? Still, an inspiring home overall.
imagine living in a place like this … super spooky … you could never be sure if you are alone

Nice Video
Honestly, I liked some of your toured house that are built on the basis of old architecture and vibe. For example $27,000,000-$28,000,000 Beverly Hills one or $16,000,000-$20,000,000 Hamptons style ones. This is house is also good but it could be not a home, too much architecture, too much curves. Like we've to live in a house it should be simple not a showpiece. Anyway we all have different taste.
Another beautiful mansion for my imagination
Enes can you tour villa spectere
thank you Enes you did a great job and I appreciate it .. best wishes to you and your team 🌸🍃🤍
Wall are too narrow, no space to walk. For 26 million dollars, I seem better house on your channel.
wow this was for me the most cozy, unique and dreamy house I watch in your channels.
Nobody wants to invest and be in California.
This is a beautiful home. I could live in it very comfortably. ❤
