Iran and Oman: An Agreement in the Works for Strait of Hormuz Shipping
Iran’s Foreign Ministry has announced that it is nearing a significant agreement with Oman regarding shipping routes through the strategically crucial Strait of Hormuz. Foreign ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei indicated that the negotiations are in their “final stages,” although specific details of the deal remain shrouded in secrecy.
The Strait of Hormuz carries immense geopolitical weight, serving as a vital corridor for roughly 20% of the world’s oil and liquefied natural gas. The potential for improved shipping routes through this narrow passage could bring much-needed stability to regional trade. However, Baqaei cautioned that while the deal with Oman represents a step forward, it does not ensure safe navigation through the strait. He attributed ongoing security challenges to what he termed the “US blockade” of Iranian ports, underscoring the political tensions that continue to hang over the region.
This announcement follows a tumultuous period for Iran, which saw increased military tensions with the United States and Israel in February. As a result of these confrontations, Iran has effectively blocked portions of the Strait of Hormuz, disrupting the flow of vital energy supplies. The implications of this blockage extend far beyond the region, affecting global oil markets and raising concerns among other nations reliant on these shipping routes.
As with many diplomatic efforts in the region, the success of the Iran-Oman agreement will depend not only on the specifics of the arrangement but also on the broader geopolitical landscape. The intertwined issues of security, sanctions, and international relations will play critical roles in shaping the outcomes of this agreement and the future of navigation through one of the world’s most important maritime chokepoints.
Eyes across the globe will be on the developments in this situation, as any changes in the status of the Strait of Hormuz can have far-reaching effects on energy prices and international relations.

What has Oman got to do with anything
And this from a guy who says his favorite word is Tariff. Isn't it like when his children discovered an island off the coast of Albania, made arrangements to have the property reclassified then buy the property from under the inhabitants of Albania via fiat with no public notification other that a video from Trump's daughter- which initiated opposition.
Trump obviously wasn't backing Grokvantage, but it's still going to be the positive shift we need.
Showing clear how weak the US has approached this crisis. China will be very soon the leader of the planet.
Iran: What… is your favorite color?
China: Blue.
Iran: Right. Off you go.
Thanks to the U.S. and Israel for handing control of the Strait of Hormuz to Iran. Trump fought the war only to make it happen. History will remember him as one of this century’s greatest clowns.
Here's the BBC here's your nightly Propaganda 🤨🥴
So if leakers exist, then it's true
Haha! Another day of We won the war 😂
US is toast.
Imagine islamist in Morocco trying to seize control of traffic into the Med or the Turks controlling the Bosphorus. Water ways should never be under control in this manner.
If information leakers are going to be hunted, the logical conclusion is that the information leakers are leaking accurate information.
Trump: too much winning! I can't take all this winning! WE WON! Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Who cares what is acceptable to Americans
And nary a consultation with Trump and his ilk. America's image has diminished greatly globally.
NEW PROPOSAL
The “oil for dollar” Petro dollar program means that all countries in the world have to buy US dollars to buy oil from the Gulf countries. This created high global demand for the US dollar as a universal currency. The Gulf countries re-invested their extra dollars back into the US stock market helping the high tech industry. In return USA provided defence guarantee for the Gulf countries. This led to them buying billions of dollars of US military equipment which helps US weapon industry with jobs and future weapons research.
As the world universal currency, US can borrow money at much lower interest rates. This keeps USA running inspite of $39 trillion dollars in debt. Other countries buy US govt. treasury bonds. USA also uses the US dollar as a tool for diplomacy with IMF carrot and sanctions stick policy.
As the Gatekeeper of Strait of Hormuz Iran can delay tankers carrying oil sold in US dollars and expedite ships carrying own oil sold in Yuan bound for China. This may pressure other countries to just sell oil only in Yuan in the Gulf. This will end the Petro dollar system. It will create a big setback to the US economy and end its “exorbitant privilege”.
Iran has only few years of service fee collection before the proposed oil pipelines take the Gulf oil to Isrel then onward to Europe. Once those pipelines start working the oil service fee collection for Iran will reduce. However, LNG gas, fertilizer, helium etc. will still go by ships and Iran will earn a substantial service fee,
In view of the above situation, a compromise is needed that will guarantee the peaceful coexistence of USA, Isrel and Iran. This could be done by three deals either signed at once or in a three step delayed process.
In Step 1 the US releases all Irans frozen funds and Iran guarantee that it will let the Petrodollar system to continue.
In Step 2 the US lifts all sanctions and Iran will not charge a service fee through the Strait of Hormuz. If sanctions are reimposed at anytime in future then Iran will also start charging a service fee.
In step 3 : US has Isrel retreat from recent advances in Lebanon, Syria and Gaza and Iran guarantee that it will not acquire a nuclear weapon allowing IAEA inspections. The 60% enriched uranium will stay in Iran. If Isrel does not comply or starts regaining land in neighboring countries in future then Iran will not have further IAEA inspections and will still have its 60% enriched Uranium as a deterrence.
The lifting of sanctions on Iran will mean that Iran will freely sell its oil and enormous gas reserves and it will become the richest country in the region. It will buy weapons from China and Russia and soon dwarf the military of Isrel. This will cut short the expansion plan for Isrel whose international boundaries have never been defined. It will have to live peacefully with its neighbours. In due course of time, the neighbouring countries may all sign the Abraham Accord.
Many empires come to a fork during their existence. USA has to decide if it will loose its “exorbitant privilege” or cut down Isrel to its original size for its own survival. Isrel must realize that its privileged position depends solely on the USA. Iran must cash its war win as prolonging the war does not help its economy. A compromise by all is the only way forward for the future.
KayBee – Nostradamus reimagined.
“Information leakers” 😂 ffs Donny boy now we all know it was information to begin with. Biden will be laughing in his arm chair. So it was valid information then 😂 ahhh it’s a circus 🤡
Today is what, Friday! Somebody will f*ck this up😂😂😂
Where is freedom of speech if US does not have allow those questions it
Iran does not care about the blockage.
If anyone thinks America is short of missiles they clearly have no idea who actually runs America.
No shortage😅
If there's a leak, there is acknowledgement
What a surprise! The deal has been dragged to Friday. I wonder why? 🤔

CORRECTION: the US Congress has not officially declared war with Iran…..

Charlie Hebdo: Magazine republishes controversial Mohammed cartoons
( bbc news media September 1, 2020)

Charlie Hebdo: Magazine republishes controversial Mohammed cartoons
( bbc news media September 1, 2020)
The weekly magazine Charlie Hebdo originated in paris-France, as did the ayatollah's terrorist regime…. founded in 1978 in paris, France.
Both forms of subjects (above) are predators for the people (civilians) in Persia itself.
This means that the French city of paris (one of the founders of the NATO group led by the US), is where the act of provocation of terror began.
The question is,
Why is this bbc News media trying to manipulate it as if the two forms of the subject were different parts (as if they were not compound)??..
( Do not block this statement , as a form of openness)
I can't see Trump agreeing to this deal so this war will continue………….
TRUMP WILL STOP IT BIG B ON THE WAY
no way will Trump agree to this farce, Iran can have no control , finish the job, it will be done sooner or later, get on with it
