Ingredients:
Eggs – 2 pcs

Sugar – 100 g / 6 tbsp
Butter – 80 g / 4 tbsp
Lemon zest
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
Flour – 320 g / 2 cups
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Powdered sugar
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 15 – 20 minutes
